In your opinion, is the death penalty ethical? Should tax payers be forced to pay to keep someone in jail for the rest of their life? Can someone change even after doing horrible things that'll earn them the death penalty? Do they deserve a second chance?

i'm against the death penalty- why give them the easy way out? the kind of people who get the death penalty should rot in jail for the rest of their lives, not get a free ticket out the back door.

I find it hypocritical to murder a murderer. Plus more suffering in being locked up in a barren room (the ideal situation tbh) than death.
