STEP 1: im assuming your already vegetarian so one day cut out drinking milk and eating eggs and cut out honey
STEP 2: limit your self on dairy products and food with egg
STEP 3: completly cut of animal products during the weeks but stick to the limited egg and day during the weeked so you dont go cold tofurkey
STEP 4: NOT needed but recomended completley pig out on icecream cheese pizza cookies etc. remember this can make you want to go back so for the weak willed i recomend doing this as step 1
STEP 5: get rid of animal products completley by taking out just 2 more days of a little animal products. now you can wear that vegan wear bitme me im vegan buttons and shout from the rooftops: im vegan and im proud!
