Is it right to breed your dog/cat/etc. for money purposes or any purpose whatsoever?

If people would stop breeding animals, there wouldn't be so much of an over-population of them. Also, I think selling them is entirely wrong. Would breeders like it if someone sold their kids for money?

That is very true. I personally don't think it should even be legal, unless a breed starts to disappear. And these people have to quit coming up with these stupid dog hybrids! What the heck does a beagle want to be doing with a poodle anyway?

I still don't think it's right even if a breed does disappear. It's not like a species is disappearing or anything. It's only the way the animal looks for the most part.

I guess if its one of those hybrids, I wouldn't really care, but I do think we shouldn't let breeds disappear entirely.

Breeding is wrong. Breeding is why we have overpopulated pets. Breeding is why we have breeds with major health issues.

I guess if its one of those hybrids, I wouldn't really care, but I do think we shouldn't let breeds disappear entirely. What bad could happen if you let a breed disappear completely? It's not like it's a species. We don't even need breeds!
