Name: Lindsay Lagasse Nickname: Bhuvana, which is a Native American name meaning The Earth. I also go by Tivona, which means Lover of Nature. Age: 15 Birthday: October 10th, 1993 Vegetarian: I've been a vegetarian since Thanksgiving 2005. However, I begged since I was 4 years old to be allowed to give up the flesh of my friends, though my mum refused. Once Thanksgiving 2005 came along, however, I simply refused to ingest flesh ever again. My family despise me for the choice and are often seen sneaking bits of flesh into the foods I will eat. I cleverly hide those bits of food, leaving the family with the glory of thinking they've fooled me. I plan on becomeing a vegan once I turn 18 years of age. Likes: I enjoy learning new things, hiking, reading, writing, and relaxing where no human dare set foot. Recently I have also become quite fond in exploring my more spiritual side. Dislikes: It urkes me when I have to punish my puppy when does something wrong and chase the chickens from the garden. Probably my worst 'thing' is when I have to control myself and not attack someone when I overhear them talking about hunting. Religion: I am a Christian Seventh Day Adventist. They are a vegetarian dinomination for health reasons, though my decision to be a vegetarian was chosen long before I met them. Mental Problems: I am unable to trust anyone when I am around them in person. This is because of my Cousin in law, Ron. he's 45 but he was a close friend of mine for some time. Turns out, he 'enjoys' teenage and little girls. Luckly I was able to get away from him before he could do too much, but my ability to trust was destroyed that day. Also, I suffer with anger problems and minor depression, though my new church family (and new found faith in Christ) has greatly aided from thoe problems of mine. Companion animals: 6 chickens, 3 goats, 3 rabbits, 1 gerbil, 1 rat, 1 cat, and 1 dog. Plus I take in injured/sick and orphaned wildlife.
If you want pictures of any of my animals, let me know and I'll post them!

Hello. Nice to meet ya. ^^ It sucks that your family is against you being vegetarian, and I'm sorry about your cousin. People like that are why I carry pocket knives. It also seems like we're a lot alike. I don't trust people either, and I have a short fuse. And I'd really be surprised if I wasn't depressed, minor or not. XD Though I'm not going to a doctor to find out... Kinda.... scary/cool. XD -stares at intently- Pictures of animals?

Nice to formally meet you now as well!
lol, awesome!...sorta XD I've never had anyone be like me before...I mean, I know some people who have some depression issues and have a short fuse, but they never seem to have my same compassion for animals, so this is cool =D
I'll post again in a second with some pictures of my babies =D Hmmm...maybe I'll do biographies of them...

Name:Geronimo Gender:female, but we originally thought he was a male and my sister gets infuriated when we say he's a female...lol Breed:Calico Personality:Geronimo is the cat that the term 'scardy cat' originated from. He has run from his shadow countless times. Though since we've moved to Virginia, he has gotten a little better at his courage. For the most part, he is cuddly and fearful, but also greedy and stuck-up. Problems:Anxiety Picture: (don't mind my pants...they're PJs! lol)
Name:Midge Gender:female Breed:lab/beagle mix (the people we adopted her from thought the father was the mastiff, but instead he was the beagle; big difference!) Personality:Midge is an 'in your face' kind of dog. She has a short temper and an obnoxiously hyper nature. She can also be quite cowardly. Problems:extreme hyper and short temper Picture:
Name:Hermonie Gender:female Breed:Nigerian Dwarf Goat Personality:Hermonie is a diva of sorts. Things either go her way, or no way. However, she is very protective of me and the two kids we have. She often butts us gently till we stand hidden behind something whenever the neighbors dog comes around, and then charges the dog. Problems:stubborn as a mule Picture:
Name:CC Gender:male Breed:Nigerian Dwarf Goat Personality:CC is the most cowardly of the three goats. Problems:Fear and he's a runt Picture:
Name:Gill Gender:male Breed:NIgerian Dwarf Goat Personality:Think of the average dog and you know what to expect from Gill. He' loyal and playful, an all around great guy to be around. Problems:He suffers from short attention span Picture:(as you can tell by Hermonie in the background, this is before I gave them a good brushing XD)
Name:Velvet Gender:female Breed:American rabbit Personality:Velvet is dominating but friendly. She loves he food more then anything in the world. Problems:overeating Picture:
Name:Ebony Gender:male Breed:American rabbit Personality:Ebony is the average joe in the rabbit world. He does love companionship, but too much and he'll run right off. Problems:none Picture:
Name:Cocoa Gender:female Breed:American rabbit Personality:Cocoa is the most timid of the three, but one can't blame her. (These three bunnies had a rough past. If interested in the story, just ask and I'll tell.) She does, however, enjoy being loved. She is also quite sly, often sneaking in and grabbing hold of leaves while the other two fight over it. Problems:fear Picture:
Name:Bhu Gender:female Breed:rat Personality:Bhu was once a ery timid sheila, but after her sister passed away and I was the one there to help her through the time, her and I became quite bonded. She is not funloving and as devoted to me as I am to her. Problems:She has fatty tumors. This is quite common in unspayed, older, female rats. Her time on earth is beginning to wear thin, it seems. Luckly, fatty tumors are known for being annoying, but not painful. Picture:(This picture is before the tumors. I don't take pictures of her anymore because after she is gone, I don't want the images of her final stages to remain in my head.)
The next picture is of the chickens. I haven't named them yet because our bond is not yet strong enough that I can go and see the differences on their faces. Oh, and there's six of 'em...If there's not six in the picture, just know they all look the same for the most part. And they're all females.(they move so much that all my pictures of them are kinda blurry)
I don't have any pictures of Taquito(gerbil) because he's my sisters baby. The rest are mine.
