I HATE sleep paralysis. It makes you feel so helpless. You can't even scream; nothing will come out.
I hate the way you can't do anything except wait it out. At least I know when I am having it, now, but it's still frightening. At least when I am having a nightmare, I can usually wake myself up. This I cannot do anything about.
Usually, I just see random things in my vision that make no sense at all, but they're still rather scary. Some people will see a black figure, but I have yet to see that. These things are either in my room or there when my eyes are closed, so they're really freaky.
When I wake up, I think I might have had a heart attack, because my heart rate is always up pretty high. When you sleep, your heart rate is up higher than normal, which is probably why it's like this. My head or maybe my entire body also feels weird during it, too.
I'm usually on my back when I wake up, so it must happen when I turn on my back in my sleep or something. I rarely fall asleep on my back as far as I know.

Ewwwww! That's scary! I hope I don't ever experience that, I'd probably freak out. I don't think I've ever had this...
