The Dresden books are good. Storm Front by Jim Butcher is the first. I think my friend said that they turned it into a series called the Dresden Files. And I'm addicted to the Kitty Norville series. First is Kitty and the Midnight Hour by Carrie Vaughn. Most things by Stephen King are good. Particularly Pet Sematary (the movie was good as well). The Call of the Wild/White Fang by Jack London I'll vouch for the Harry Potter series as well. Once you get past the crappy writing style in the first 3 (though the plot and characters more than make up for it in all of them) they're very enjoyable to read. Just don't watch the movies right after reading the books. You'll be very disappointed. The Temeraire series is wonderful! The first is His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik.

The Hunger Games Catching Fire (Hunger Games sequal) Harry Potter (Agreed about the first 3 ^) True Blood/Southern Vampire/Sookie Stackhouse novels (they are all the same series. They are the books the show True Blood was created from.) Dan Matthews's Committed Pride and Prejudice- Jane Austen The Jungle (I had a horrible time reading that one....) Jane Eyre-Charlotte Bronte Deadline by Chris Crutcher (You will cry if you read this book.) Gone with the Wind (These are only a few I could come up with off the top of my head.)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head...

^I'll have to really check out Seeds of Deception, because GM foods are something I am very interested in. Right now, I am finally reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I love it so far. I got a ton of books from Borders Saturday night, since the are closing. I still can't believe they are going out of business. I also read The Color Purple last month. It was great.

The Perks of being a Wallflower is easily one of the best books I've ever read.
Wow.... it's been so long since I posted on here. My taste in literature has really changed. I don't like ellen Hopkins' books anymore-much to melodramatic. I've been reading more autobiographies, like Nikki Sixx's The Heroin Diaries, Scar tissue by Anthony Kiedis, The Long Hard Road out of Hell by Marilyn Manson. I've also started reading more animal rights stuff, like I'm working on vegan Freaks right now, along with Vegan's Daily Companion.
These are just the book I've really made some headway into. My list of books to just start is a mile long. It's consists mostly of Shakespeare, with some much more modern stuff thrown in, like Lolita, The Room, Fountainhead, and Charlie St. Cloud.
