List some of your favorite quotes here. They don't all have to be about vegetarianism, but most of them should be.
"Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see". John Lennon

I like this quote, I got it from another forum but not from a celebrity, but a common philosopher. "This explains why humans have long, sharp claws and fangs for catching fish and animals, and tearing their flesh, which tastes so very yummy raw, the way God intended us to eat meat. It explains why we have the short digestive systems of other carnivores like wolves and bobcats, with whom we compete for prey. Oh wait, we have none of those qualities. We couldn’t event catch a sick lamb if we needed to. We were designed to eat fruits, vegetables, bugs and nuts. Agriculture came about because we are inventive. Animal husbandry came about because we are gluttonous." I love it, especially the last line.

I have three. "My true compassion is for all living things, and not just the ones that are cute, so I do what I can." -- "Cats and Dogs" - Gorilla Biscuits "I ask people why they have deer heads on their walls. They always say because it's such a beautiful animal. There you go. I think my mother is attractive, but I have photographs of her." --Ellen DeGeneres "The time will come when men such as I will look upon the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men." --Leonardo da Vinci

Just found these on PETA2.
"Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way." — Martin Luther King Jr.
"Non-violent resistance activities cannot succeed against an enemy that is able freely to use violence. That's pretty obvious. You can't have non-violent resistance against the Nazis in a concentration camp, to take an extreme case..." - Chomsky
