I post encouragement on the peta2 forum for potential vegans but was criticized, because they are self-righteous and are not willing to go beyond lacto-ovo vegetarianism.
She put her name into Google but there were no results, because she had an extremely rare last name.

Actually, since "but got criticized" does not have a subject, the comma should instead be after "criticized," since "because they are self-righteous and not will to go beyond lacto-ovo vegetarianism" actually has a subject.
