Do you think it's right to take vitamin supplements being vegetarian or vegan? Though research shows most veg*ns are healthy enough without them, do you think it's right or more like cheating?

As long as they don't contain animal products (or just animal flesh if you're just vegetarian,) I don't have a problem with taking supplements. I don't really see how it'd be cheating. Supplements can actually be great if you want to be 100% sure you're getting enough nutrition. They'd also be great if you don't like the foods that provide a certain nutrient or don't eat enough of them.

I think it makes veganism look unhealthy. Even though supplements are marketed at meat eaters more than vegans. I rarely take them, and the only one's I've taken are some aimed at helping memory, not to do with veganism, because my memory sucks.
We don't need them if we eat healthily, but I know people are lazy so what can you do?
