10/12 Tried to explain to a girl that Petland is a puppy mill and BAD. she got an effin attitude with me, said I didn't know anything and walked away. Next time I get the chance, I'm gonna knock the crap out of her, and then hopefully she'll listen to reason(I've dealt with this girl before, FYI, I don't normally hurt people but well, she's an exception)

i'm also going to stop posting my activism, unless it's something original or creative that other people can do as well! :]

I have done a quite a few things in regards to helping animals like participate in a PETA demonstration by handing out leaflets and free vegan smartdogs, volunteering at shelters, going vegan ♥, and the many tasks Peta2 offers :]
But day one for this: Today I handed out leaflets to some of the parents of the trick-o-treaters who were interested in them.

I can't believe I've neglected to get this thing up and running. I have an idea or two for this, but I need more. I'll be thinking about it tonight and maybe get some stuff set up.

OOH, I am excited to do this. I have been meaning to do more vegan outreach, but have been putting it off. Shame on me, animals are dying and I can do something about it.
Today, I posted advice on the peta2 forums.
Tomorrow, I will talk to my friend Eliza (again!) about going vegetarian. She says that she loves animals, but doesn't want to go veg because her family is mexican and heavily eats meat. Hopefully, I can change her mind tomorrow (bringing the "what they never told you" booklet), because I know that she would go vegetarian if it weren't for her parents, I just have to give her reasons to go against her parents and for the animals!
I will post tomorrow with how it went.

Day two (yesterday): I left a few school computers on meat.org. I talked to my friend Eliza about going vegetarian, but apparently her dad has been really pissed off at her lately (this is always her excuse), and I asked her if her physical safety were in danger if she were to "rebel" like that, jokingly. She said her dad was the type who would beat her over something like that. I wouldn't consider that an excuse for myself (my dad is the same way), but I feel bad for bringing it up. My friend Anna overheard the conversation, though, and apparently she gave up vegetarianism because she was anemic. I didn't have much of a chance to talk to he about it but I have been anemic as well and I have quite a few things to say about that!
Day three (today): I will try to find a friend during lunch (BIG school lol) who I can drag to the library. And watch meat.org.
I will talk to Eliza again, but I would feel bad about shoving it down her throat now that she told me about her dad. Does anyone have advice on that?
I will tell Anna why she can be vegetarian even though she is anemic. I think the best way to win her over is by showing her different foods that are high in iron (nom nom black bean burgers), but I will just have to come up with a list today. Also, isn't there a statistic somewhere that says vegans are just as likely to be anemic as meateaters, or am I thinking b12? Plus, if she is not an ethical vegetarian, I will convert her into one, because an ethical vegetarian who is fighting animal cruelty would not revert back to meateating over something like iron-deficiency. Where does the cow get her iron? Grass!
There is a stack of "Canada's Olympic Shame" fliers staring me down across my bedroom. I think that I might do something with those =]

It's probably iron. I'm pretty sure B12 is in all animals products, so I doubt it would be that. I also think I've heard about meat-eaters being just as susceptible to iron deficiency as vegetarians.
